In the unlikely event that we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution within 30 days of receiving your complaint, we are open to finding a mutually agreeable solution.
The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction concerning all disputes or claims arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms or your use of the Site, including without limitation the Services, between you and us. However, if you are a resident of Scotland, you also bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
